What are zones? Maximum Fitness Center is designed into five workout areas or zones to meet your fitness goals.
The Cardio Zone
Looking to get your heart pumping? Get into The Cardio Zone! You’ll find over 30 pieces of brand new Precor cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, adaptive motion trainers, & stationary bicycles.
All of the equipment in The Cardio Zone is outfitted with the Preva Touch Screen Entertainment System that allows you to watch television, surf the internet, or choose from a selection of on-demand video clips. You can also learn how to use the equipment with the video tutorials or select the perfect workout with the built-in workout library.

The Fit Zone
The largest zone at MaxFit is designed for general fitness. The Fit Zone includes a diverse collection of selectorized, plate-loaded and free weight equipment, a 30-minute express workout circuit, additional cardio equipment, a universal cable machine and an area for personal training.
Not sure where to start? Stop by the front desk and ask about the free 1-hour New Member Orientation. We’ll set up an appointment for you with one of our personal trainers and they will show you how to safely and effectively use the equipment to meet your goals.
The Performance Zone
Take advantage of our full line of fitness classes or use the Performance Zone and all of its accessories to create your own workouts.
The Power Zone
Catering to the advanced athlete looking to take their physique to the next level, the Power Zone has its own distinct hardcore vibe and a vast selection of equipment that no other facilities offer in the area.
The Spin Zone
Indoor cycling is the perfect workout for your legs and your lungs! Cycling enthusiasts will love our Spin Zone. Outfitted with thirteen Kieser M3+ bikes our instructors will push you to your limits as you cruise, climb and sprint to new cardiovascular and strength records.
The Extreme Zone
Experience outdoor bootcamps and extreme training during weather appropriate months.
